Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong experience in the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fleet services, heavy vehicles, and logistics solutions—and can confidently convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage B2B sales for transport and heavy vehicle logistics solutions
Identify new business opportunities, meet potential clients, and present service offerings
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotes, and contracts
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales
Collaborate with operations and fleet teams to ensure service quality and delivery timelines
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field
3+ years of proven sales experience in transport/logistics, fleet rental, or heavy equipment
Strong market knowledge in UAE logistics and transport sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid UAE Driving License is a must
Arabic language skills are a plus
