Job Description

Lavado Car Wash is growing fast in District One, and we’re looking for someone sharp, hungry, and ready to help us scale.

What you’ll be doing:
– This is not an office job – you’ll be out on the ground every day.
– Walking from building to building, or driving between them in the Lavado-branded van.
– When the weather allows, you’ll also be riding the Lavado scooter to cover more ground.
– Actively scanning the entire District One community – towers, villas, and common areas – speaking to as many people as possible.
– Introducing Lavado, explaining our quick wash services, monthly subscriptions, and couture offerings, and converting prospects into subscribers.
– Learning why someone may not subscribe – capturing insights and reporting patterns to help us improve.
– Helping us grow: not just executing orders, but thinking strategically about how we expand, improve sign-ups, and scale across the community.
– Reporting progress, providing feedback, and contributing ideas that help drive subscriber growth month over month.

What we’re looking for:
– Someone fluent in English – this is a non-negotiable. Arabic or other languages are a bonus.
– Energetic, presentable, and confident talking to people face-to-face.
– Comfortable being on their feet, walking, riding, or driving all day.
– A self-motivated go-getter who thrives on targets, adapts fast, and thinks beyond just “doing the job.”
– Someone who wants to drive real business growth and be part of a premium, fast-moving brand.
– Sales or customer-facing experience is great – but attitude, hunger, and reliability matter more.

What we offer:
– Basic salary: AED 3,000–4,000/month.
– Performance-based structure with uncapped commission – top performers can earn up to AED 10,000+ per month.

Role is based in MBR District One – this is a full-time, on-the-ground position.
