Job Description

Manage a full spectrum of HR management, including Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment and Selection, Annual Performance Review, Staff Relationship and Engagements, etc
Handle assignments and temporary work permits through the Ajeer portal, ensuring full legal compliance for short-term workforce needs.
Oversee processes on other government portals and coordinate with the PRO/Government Relations team such as visa issuance, Iqama processing, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, HRSD, Taqat, Chamber of Commerce, Balady, etc.
Prepare and administer expatriate package and relocation program to overseas offices and project sites ;
Full control of HR database through system by managing in/out employee information and payroll administration;
Consolidate and submit regular and ad hoc reports required by corporate.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi Arabian

Diploma(Management), Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

Degree holder in HR Management or Business-related disciplines;
With 3-5 years’ experience in the HR management role with demonstrated experience across all Human Resources functions and MNC experience;
Candidate with start-up experience will be advantage
All rounded HR knowledge who has hands-on experience in rewards and benefits, talent management, expatriate management and other HR aspects with HR knowledges in Asia countries;
Ability to multi-task several assignments in a time and be flexible on constant change is essential;
Provide administrative support to all team members
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) in English
Able to engage, mentor and manage staff in a positive team environment, instil the company culture and values, and manage their performance including feedback as required.
