Job Description

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of visual merchandising materials and displays.
Maintain visual standards across all store locations, ensuring consistency in theme, color schemes, and product arrangement.
Design and set up eye-catching window displays that attract attention and entice customers to enter the store.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create cohesive promotional displays that drive foot traffic and enhance sales performance.
Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to adjust visual displays accordingly, ensuring relevancy and appeal.
Conduct regular store audits to assess the effectiveness of existing displays and optimize layout for maximum customer engagement.
