Job Description

Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture options

Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and leads

Maintain knowledge of all products, materials, and customization options

Coordinate with design and production teams for custom orders

Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain client database

Meet monthly sales targets and report to showroom manager

Handle billing, invoicing, and basic order processing

Maintain showroom cleanliness and display arrangements

Communicate fluently in English

Prior experience in furniture or interior design sales preferred
