Job Description
Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of high-end finishing and fit-out works for luxury hospitality projects.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely project progress.
Review and monitor project schedules, cost estimates, procurement plans, and quality control.
Supervise site activities, resolving technical or logistical issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with contract specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and generate comprehensive project reports.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements.
Lead snagging, handover, and close-out activities in coordination with the client and consultants.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture)
Any
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in project management, with a strong focus on finishing and interior fit-out for luxury hotels or high-end commercial properties.
Gulf experience is required; Saudi Arabia project experience preferred.
Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) certificate is an advantage.
Proven track record in managing high-value turnkey interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finish quality control.
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
