Job Description:

You will be working with a leading international construction and fit-out contractor known for delivering complex projects to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Objective

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to support major high-quality interior and fit-out construction projects in the Middle East, specifically in Makkah, KSA. The role involves managing on-site teams, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with international standards.

Key Requirements

Technical & Professional Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
3–5 years’ experience as a Site Engineer within the construction industry
Strong understanding of local construction regulations and processes
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering technology
People & Collaboration Skills

Reliable, honest, and supportive — a role model for strong work ethics
Flexible and able to perform well under pressure
Effective in multicultural teams and dynamic environments
Strong organizational and planning skills; able to multitask and prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee parts of large construction projects
Supervise on-site building work and contracted staff
Set out sites and conduct technical surveys
Review and check technical drawings to ensure they are followed correctly
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and project managers
Solve technical issues and provide on-site guidance
Monitor and report on project progress, timelines, and budget adherence
Ensure health & safety standards and sustainability policies are strictly followed
Coordinate material orders and pricing with quantity surveyors
Maintain accurate project documentation and site reports
