Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Female Tele sales Executive to join our SKR real estate sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for property viewings. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided leads and databases
Provide information on available properties, investment opportunities, and project details
Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and buying timeline
Schedule site visits or virtual meetings with property consultants
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales funnel
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Handle basic objections and escalate complex queries to the sales manager
Participate in marketing campaigns, lead-generation drives, and exhibitions when needed
Requirements :
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales
Real estate industry experience is a strong advantage
Excellent verbal communication in English (Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Positive attitude and high energy level
