Job Description

Participating in brainstorming sessions with team and Creative Head to develop creative concepts and ideas for video content.
Conducting research, preparing shot lists and storyboards.
Operating video cameras, including DSLRs, High end cameras or camcorders to capture high-quality footage.
Setting up and adjusting camera settings, such as exposure, focus, white balance, and frame rate to achieve desired visual effects.
Framing shots creatively and capturing a variety of angles, perspectives, and compositions to enhance storytelling.
Recording high-quality audio using microphones, such as lavalier mics, shotgun mics, or boom microphones, to capture clear dialogue, ambient sound, and natural audio effects.
Monitoring audio levels and adjusting settings to ensure balanced sound quality and minimize background noise or distortion.
Setting up and adjusting lighting equipment, such as key lights, fill lights, and backlighting, to achieve desired lighting effects and enhance visual aesthetics.
Managing natural light sources and controlling shadows, highlights, and contrast to create engaging visuals.
Setting up camera support equipment, such as tripods, sliders, gimbals, or drones, to stabilize camera movements and capture smooth, fluid shots.
Editing and assembling raw video footage into a cohesive video sequence using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, Premiere Pro etc.
Adding visual effects, motion graphics, titles, transitions, and other elements to enhance the overall visual appeal and storytelling impact of the video.
Incorporating audio elements, such as music, sound effects, voiceovers, and Foley effects, to complement the visuals and create a compelling audiovisual experience.
Correcting any color inconsistencies, exposure issues, or other imperfections in the footage to ensure professional-quality results.
Staying updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in videography.
