Job Description

Lead technical sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing heavy equipment capabilities to potential clients.
Conduct thorough needs assessments, understanding client requirements and recommending optimal equipment solutions for their specific projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs and company standards.
Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, achieving and exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to heavy equipment, providing insights to the team.
Manage and oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Analyze sales data and market trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve sales performance and market penetration.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote the company’s products and build brand awareness.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Automobile, Mechanical), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management), MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or technical sales within the heavy equipment industry.
Proven track record of successfully selling heavy equipment, machinery, or related products.
Strong understanding of heavy equipment applications, including construction, mining, and infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in technical proposal writing, including the ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
