Job Description

The HSE Associate for Projects provides support in implementing health, safety, and environmental practices on project sites. This role assists with inspections, incident documentation, and maintaining compliance with HSE standards specific to facade construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HSE inspections and audits for compliance on project sites.
• Assist in investigating and documenting incidents, ensuring corrective actions are tracked.
• Provide on-site safety resources and training support to project personnel.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Inspection Support and Compliance:
 • KPI 1: Conduct 100% of scheduled inspections on time.
 • KPI 2: Achieve 90% accuracy in inspection reports.

• Incident Documentation and Reporting:
 • KPI 1: Document all incidents within 24 hours of occurrence.
 • KPI 2: Maintain an organized incident log with zero discrepancies.

• Training Assistance:
 • KPI 1: Support monthly training sessions with 95% attendance from project teams.
 • KPI 2: Ensure availability and organization of training materials for all sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in HSE roles within construction or facade projects

• Knowledge of ISO standards and HSE best practices for project sites
