We are currently seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. This is an urgent requirement, and we will begin interviews this Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle daily office administration and clerical tasks
– Coordinate with tenants, building management, and clients
– Manage property listings for both rentals and sales
– Draft tenancy contracts for new leases and renewals
– Prepare and maintain sales contracts and related documents
– Support leasing and sales teams with documentation and client follow-ups
– Maintain organized filing and records
– Schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and manage office supplies
Requirements:
– Proven experience in office administration (real estate experience is a must)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with tenancy and sales contracts
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate platforms
– Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
