Job Description
Identify students with special educational needs through observation, assessments, and referrals.
Conduct or coordinate formal and informal assessments to determine students’ learning profiles.
Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Personalized Learning Plans (PLPs).
Provide in-class support and/or small group or one-on-one instruction as needed.
Use a variety of strategies, technologies, and resources to support inclusive and accessible learning.
Stay updated with latest research and best practices in SEN and inclusive education.
Champion the rights of students with SEN within the school environment.
Promote a culture of respect, understanding, and inclusion among students and staff.

Bachelor of Education(Education), Bachelor of Arts(English), Master of Education(Education)

Minimum requirements:
* Bachelors & Masters in the relevant subject
* Bachelors of Education
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in teaching
* IELTS band 6.5 or above
* Starting date: August 2025
