Position Overview
The ERP Project Implementation Leader & IT Operations is a dual-role leadership position responsible for spearheading the ERP implementation across multiple divisions (Construction, Services, Metal Factory, Trading) and managing the day-to-day IT operations of the organization. This position demands strong project management skills, ERP functional knowledge, and IT systems leadership.
Scope of Work – ERP Implementation Leader (Project Owner)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete ERP implementation across all divisions.
Select suitable ERP modules for each business unit (Construction, Services, Metal Factory, Trading).
Form and lead a cross-functional ERP core team representing each business area.
Ensure a smooth ERP migration and post-implementation support.
Define and enforce approval matrices and ensure accurate cost center/profit center reporting.
Oversee ERP dashboards and performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Integrate ERP functionality with pre-tendering and business forecasting processes.
Protect data confidentiality and resolve system-related issues.
Ensure ERP sustainability and continual process improvements.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
Develop SOPs and user manuals for each module.
Provide user training and support on report generation and process flows.
Handle ERP bugs and coordinate with service providers for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure hardware and software for users.
Monitor and maintain IT systems’ performance and security.
Oversee IT incident management and service request handling.
Maintain system documentation and operational records.
Provide training and support for new technologies and tools.
Develop and enforce IT policies and security protocols.
Ensure timely updates and patch management across all systems.
