Job Summary: The Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement activities for electromechanical products and engineering services, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the oil & gas, power and water industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely supply of high-quality materials and services.
Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and finance, to align procurement activities with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all procurement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement in the oil & gas industry in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical products and engineering services.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must have a very good experience in using SAP Ariba ( experience with Aramco, Sabic and SEC portals)
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
