Job Description
Develop market entry strategies and sales targets for innovative drug formulations (e.g., oncology, diabetes, GLP-1 drugs) in the Middle East, aligning with regional healthcare policies, reimbursement systems, and competitive landscapes.
Build and sustain partnerships with key hospitals, pharmacy chains, distributors, and government health authorities in the Middle East to facilitate product registration, tender participation, and reimbursement approvals.
Conduct regular market research on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Middle East, providing insights to inform R&D, regulatory, and marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with Middle Eastern pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GCC GMP, Saudi SFDA) and corporate policies to mitigate legal risks.

Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Business Administration

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biopharmaceuticals, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the Middle East, including 3+ years managing sales teams for innovative or biologic drugs.
In-depth knowledge of Middle Eastern drug registration, tender, and reimbursement processes; experience with MNCs or leading local pharmaceutical companies preferred.
Strong cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; willingness to travel extensively.
Fluent in English (working language)and Chinese.
