Cafe Manager -Female Arabic speaker

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the operations of a high-end café concept in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Arabic speaker, with a strong background in hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer service excellence within a lifestyle or café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experience
Manage, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain high service standards
Monitor inventory, supply orders, and cost controls
Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company and regulatory guidelines
Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the café’s revenue growth
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Café Manager or similar role in a high-quality hospitality environment
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market is preferred
Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
