Architectural Engineer

Job Description

Collaborate with architects and construction teams to develop detailed blueprints and models using advanced software tools, translating conceptual ideas into tangible designs.
Oversee the construction process, providing technical guidance and resolving issues that arise to maintain safety and quality standards on-site.
Review and evaluate architectural and landscape drawings submitted by consultants and contractors for compliance with codes, specifications, and design intent.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure cohesive integration across project phases.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture), Master of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Master of Architecture(Architecture)

Any

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related field, ensuring a strong foundation in engineering principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to clients and team members.
Solid understanding of landscape architecture principles and urban design approaches.
Strong technical skills in reviewing, marking up, and coordinating drawings.
A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and cooperation across multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience in architectural design or engineering, demonstrating a proven track record in successful projects.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership or relevant certifications (e.g., LEED Accredited Professional) to validate expertise in sustainable practices and design.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
