Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Agent to join our Introducing Broker (IB) team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing the company’s trading services, and converting prospects into active traders. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of financial markets (especially forex and CFDs), and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce the company’s trading services.
Promote trading accounts and explain the benefits of using the company’s platform through an IB arrangement.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into funded trading accounts.
Provide accurate information regarding trading platforms, account types, and promotions.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about financial markets, forex, CFDs, and the company’s offerings.
Handle objections professionally and close sales in a consultative manner.
Keep records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and encourage referrals.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the financial, forex, or investment industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of trading products such as forex, CFDs, indices, and commodities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
Fluent in [English, Hindi, Malayalam,Arabic, telugu, ] – additional languages are a plus.
Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation and resilience to rejection.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with or as an Introducing Broker.
Knowledge of financial regulations and trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
