Candidate Profile:
Saudi national with prior KSA experience
Female must
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written preferred)
5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in the following areas:
Immigration rules and regulations (specific to KSA)
HR operational processes, compliance, and documentation
Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Function & Tasks
1. Immigration Process for India Expat only
• Manage document readiness, certificate apostille/HRD, and contract preparation.
• Apply for work visas, track visa status, Mofa ID, and coordinate medical checks.
• Coordinate visa stamping, ticket issuance, and final documentation with CoC & Mofa.
• Saudization
• Track of no of designation pending
2. Immigration Process for other country Expat
• Check on Iqama status of current employer
• Check on designation
• Check on visa status
3. Off-Boarding
• Manage resignation/termination processes, notice periods, and conduct exit interviews.
• Ensure asset handover, no-dues clearance, and proper documentation compliance. Process full & final
• Visa / Iqama cancellation / transfer
• Insurance termination
• Issuing exit visa
4. HR Operations (Including Payroll Management & Compliance)
• Employee Records & Documentation: Manage employee master data, personal files, employment contracts (Qiwa Portal), ID cards, and employment letters.
• Compliance & Legal Adherence: Ensure GOSI, Mudad/HRDF, WPS registration, labor compliance audits, and statutory compliance as per KSA labor laws.
• Visa & Iqama Management: Monitor visa expiries, iqama renewals, and maintain trackers for KSA compliance renewals.
• Insurance & Benefits Administration: Handle enrolment and activation of mediclaim & medical insurance cards.
• Ensure Saudization/Nitaqat compliance and conduct labor audits.
