Job Description
Manage and organize project documents (drawings, reports, specifications, etc.).
Ensure all documents are properly numbered, filed, and stored (physical and digital).
Control the issuance, receipt, and tracking of documents across departments.
Maintain document control logs and registers for easy retrieval.
Ensure timely distribution of documents to project teams and stakeholders.
Monitor document revisions and ensure only current versions are used.
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and site teams for documentation needs.
Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards.
Support audits by providing required documents and records.
Backup and archive completed project documents securely.
