Position: Real Estate Agent – Holiday Homes
Location: Dubai, UAE Silicon oasis

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our holiday homes team. The role involves generating leads, onboarding property owners, and promoting short-term rental listings to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure new holiday home properties for the company’s portfolio.

Build strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.

Conduct market research to identify rental opportunities and competitive pricing.

Coordinate with marketing to list and promote properties on booking platforms.

Handle viewings, negotiations, and contracts with property owners.

Ensure properties meet holiday home licensing and quality standards.

Achieve monthly targets for property acquisition and bookings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate or holiday home rentals (Dubai experience preferred).

Strong network of property owners and landlords.

Knowledge of Dubai Tourism and holiday home regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
