About the Role:

A I X Realty Dubai is growing fast! We are actively hiring dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team, specializing in either Off-Plan projects or Secondary Market transactions – resale and rentals of residential and commercial properties.

Whether you are passionate about selling upcoming new developments or working with ready properties for sale and lease, we have a dedicated support system to help you succeed.

Segment 1:

Off-Plan Division – Your Role

As an Off-Plan Specialist, you will:

Promote and sell exclusive new developments from Dubai’s top developers

Stay up to date on project launches, payment plans, construction updates, and handover timelines

Build long-term relationships with investors and first-time buyers

Host project presentations and attend developer training sessions

Guide clients through the booking, payment, and SPA signing process

Segment 2:

Secondary Market Division – Your Role

As a Secondary Market Specialist, you will:

Source and manage listings of ready-to-move-in and rental properties

Conduct property viewings and handle negotiations with buyers, tenants, and landlords

Advise clients on market conditions, price trends, and legal documentation

Handle end-to-end transactions for resale and rentals

Key Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles):

Generate leads through digital and offline marketing strategies

Maintain client relationships and build a strong personal brand

Follow up using our CRM tools and maintain accurate data

Work closely with back-office team for seamless deal closures

You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have:

✅ Confident communication and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to generate your own leads through networking and digital presence

✅ Active on WhatsApp, Instagram, and property portals

✅ Driving License (preferred but not mandatory)

✅ Fluent in English (Additional regional language is a bonus)

✅ Should be ready to do Smart Hard work
