Job Description
SEG International is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex building projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves full-cycle project management including design coordination, BIM integration, procurement, and installation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in KSA and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead MEP project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Coordinate design reviews and BIM integration using Revit
Oversee procurement and installation of MEP systems
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with KSA codes (SASO, SCE, Civil Defense)
Implement quality control and HSE procedures
Prepare progress reports and manage change orders
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals
Mentor and lead project engineers and site teams
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical), Master of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)

Any

12–15 years of MEP project management experience in building projects
Proven track record in Saudi Arabia
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Master’s degree in MEP or Construction Management is a plus
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and EPC models
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Revit, and Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
