Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our market expansion in the UAE EPC sector. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and driving sales growth among EPC contractors, industrial clients, and factories.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate the UAE EPC project markets.

Identify and build relationships with EPC contractors, project owners, industrial factories, and other key decision-makers.

Monitor upcoming EPC projects and procurement opportunities across oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.

Represent Krowntek at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Collaborate with technical and sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s market share growth.

Requirements

Proven track record in business development, preferably in the machinery, industrial equipment, or EPC-related sectors.

Strong network within UAE EPC companies, contractors, and industrial clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

UAE driving license preferred.
