We are hiring a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our F&B Banquet & Premium Catering team in the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in event operations and a passion for delivering high-quality service in luxury catering settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage banquet and catering operations, ensuring smooth execution of events.
Coordinate with service, kitchen, and event teams for seamless service delivery.
Oversee event setup and ensure all client requirements are met.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation.
Train and guide catering staff to ensure top-quality service.
Support the team in delivering premium hospitality experiences.
Requirements:
Prior experience in banquet operations or premium catering, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Professional, organized, and service-oriented approach.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Fluency in Arabic preferred; English is an advantage.
Arab female candidates preferred due to client and cultural requirements
