Home Care Nurse

Job Description

Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding)
Educate patients and families on disease management and medication usage
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Science(Nursing)

Any

Valid Nursing License (DHA/MOH/HAAD preferred)
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
Basic life support (BLS) certification
Proficiency in patient care documentation and healthcare software
Valid Prometric, Data Flow & Competency
