Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives and drive growth.
Prepare and present reports on account status, performance metrics, and upcoming opportunities to clients.
Facilitate training sessions for clients on new products or services to ensure optimal utilization.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base and foster relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Bachelor of Business Administration

Female

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relations or account management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Fluency in Arabic English is a must
