Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing LED lighting division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales, building relationships with customers and retail partners, and increasing the market share of our LED lighting products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential retail clients, including electrical stores, hardware outlets, and lighting showrooms.
Promote and sell a wide range of LED lighting products to retail customers and B2B clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, contractors, and end users.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to customers when needed.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Ensure optimal product visibility and placement in retail outlets.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to boost brand awareness.

3-5 Years Proven experience in sales, preferably in LED lighting, electrical products, or retail sector
Strong knowledge of LED lighting technology, product features, and applications is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and grow within the company.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in lighting or electrical retail.
NOC if Locally Available.
Candidates with Driving License of Qatar prereferral.
Compensation :
Competitive base salary + commission structure
