Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals Naukrigulf, Bayt, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

2–5 years of recruitment experience in IT positions
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools
Good communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Saudi labour laws is an advantage
