We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales representative to join our team in the aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in aesthetic or dermatology line, including mesotherapy solutions, dermal fillers and skincare products with at least 1-3 years of experience in the aesthetics sector inside UAE. The role involves promoting and selling aesthetic products to clinics, aestheticians, beauty centers and other healthcare professionals within the region, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our reputable aesthetic brand to clinics, and aesthetic practitioners.
• Promote company brands through scientific dialogue with Healthcare professionals in assigned territory.
• Manage assigned territory in order to ensure generated revenue is in line with company plan and achieve individual sales target.
• – Maintain optimal medical knowledge and use approved marketing materials to promote the company and its products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic professionals and key decision-makers in the industry.
• Actively pursue and achieve sales targets ,monthly and quarterly to drive business growth.
• Contribute towards own performance by identifying personal development opportunities with sales manager.
• Provide ongoing support to clients.
• Follow the company guidelines related to the specified number of visits and frequency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
• Regularly meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics established by management.
• Attend exhibitions and congresses to promote company’s brands where needed.
• You will be also responsible for Sales Collection of your territory.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in the aesthetic field (dermal fillers, mesotherapy, Exosomes, skincare, or related).
• Educational background in Pharmacy, Life science, Dermatology or similar field.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with aesthetic professionals and a solid understanding of the aesthetic market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai and the UAE as required.
• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English.
