Job Description
Provide L1/L2 support for end-users (hardware, OS, applications, peripherals).
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and security patches.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Perform system imaging, backup & recovery, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers)
Any
CompTIA A+ Certification (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of hardware, OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), and peripherals.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred: CompTIA Network+/Security+ or Microsoft certifications.
