Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development of production lines and lead the shift from manual work to modern automated systems.
• Recommend, procure, and supervise the installation of advanced machinery (Casting, Laser, CNC, etc.).
• Ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Train, manage, and develop technical teams to improve efficiency and performance.
• Set operational and production plans to boost output and strengthen competitiveness.

Bachelor of Business Administration

Male

Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years of experience in gold and jewelry manufacturing. • Hands-on knowledge of modern machines and production technologies. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Preference for candidates with previous experience in GCC factories.
