Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our real estate team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. If you’re a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
– Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements
– Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase our real estate offerings
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups with qualified leads
– Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
Requirements:
– Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
– Previous experience in client management, sales or real estate (preferred)
– Women candidates are preferred due to the nature of the job
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
