Legal Manager – Saudi Arabia

Job Description

Act as the primary legal advisor to management and business units across KSA operations, HR, finance, supply chain, and marketing.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor/supplier agreements, franchise and distribution agreements, lease agreements, service agreements.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Saudi Arabia and advise management on potential impacts to retail operations.
Manage dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration matters; coordinate with and oversee external counsel where necessary.
Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to minimize legal risks.
Advise senior management on legal risks, liabilities, and strategic business decisions.
Handle corporate governance matters, including preparation of board resolutions, powers of attorney, and company secretarial duties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, external advisors, and key business stakeholders.
Represent the company in front of government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external forums as required.
Provide comprehensive legal support to retail business operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Managing and reviewing the work of egal counsels for Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam region.
