HSE Engineer

Job Description

Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures in line with local regulations
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses for civil, electrical, and security system works.
Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE standards on-site, including safe work practices, PPE usage, and environmental controls.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain documentation, including HSE reports, training records, permits, and compliance logs.
Monitor environmental impacts, such as waste management and pollution control, ensuring adherence to SEC and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Saudi Nationals only
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an HSE Engineer, preferably on SEC projects.
