Job Description

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to maximize reach and engagement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content that drives community interaction and brand loyalty.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Support the organization of promotional events and trade shows, handling logistics, vendor relations, and on-site management.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing reports that inform future strategies and improve ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinating timelines and deadlines to ensure all projects are completed efficiently.
Facilitate communication with external vendors and agencies, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables meet project specifications.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, newsletters, digital assets, etc.).
Track and analyze campaign results, preparing regular reports for management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Maintain the company’s social media platforms and ensure content is updated and optimized.
Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing channels.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the marketing department, including budget tracking and scheduling.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing content creation, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the marketing team, sales, and external partners to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic thinking and creativity.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, showcasing your ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management software, and email marketing systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic setting.
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute to visual marketing efforts.
Experience in project management, ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly if working in diverse markets, to tailor marketing messages appropriately.
Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred, enabling effective communication in a global marketplace.
