*Job Title:* Business Analyst – Digital Channel and Digital Payment

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Channel and Digital Payment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Business Requirements Analysis:*

– Gather and document business requirements for digital channel and digital payment initiatives.

– Analyse requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

2. *Solution Design:*

– Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop digital solutions that meet business requirements.

– Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with technology standards.

3. *Digital Channel Expertise:*

– Develop and maintain knowledge of digital channels (e.g., mobile apps, online banking, digital wallets).

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

4. *Digital Payment Expertise:*

– Understand digital payment ecosystems, including payment gateways, wallets, and payment processing.

– Analyse payment trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

5. *Stakeholder Management:*

– Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

– Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

6. *Project Delivery:*

– Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Master of Science(Statistics), MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Finance, Systems)

Any

*Requirements:*

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

– Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital channels and digital payments.

– Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems and industry trends.

– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

*Nice to Have:*

– Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

– Knowledge of API design and integration.

– Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.

– Certification in business analysis or digital payments (e.g., CBAP, CCBP).
