Job Description
Develop and deliver engaging training programs for HSE and various technical disciplines (welding, pipefitting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC), ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and assessments, incorporating best practices and current industry trends.
Facilitate practical training sessions, demonstrations, and simulations, fostering a hands-on learning environment and ensuring trainees acquire practical skills.
Provide mentorship and coaching to trainees, supporting their professional development and career advancement in the respective fields.
Ensure all training activities comply with relevant quality standards and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluation.

Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science, Any Graduation
Male
Instructor Experience of 3 Years
Diploma or Engineering qualification in relevant Subject or Equivalent
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and engage trainees.
Has proven experience in delivering training programs and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant technical fields (welding, pipefitting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
