Petrochemical Planning Specialist

Job Description

Lead the development of high-level conceptual business cases for petrochemical projects, focusing on steam cracking and ethylene derivative polymer production.

Prepare and present structured business cases with technical justifications and financial projections to the project management team.

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in proposed project concepts.

Evaluate project proposals, conduct feasibility studies and prepared detailed project scopes

Monitor and report on financial performance against project budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions

Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in Petro Chemicals.

Minimum Qualification / Experience

1. Qualification Minimum Bachelors Degree in chemical engineering.

2. Minimum 10 Years of experience in petrochemical process engineering and project evaluation.

3. Proven experience in cost estimation, economic modeling, and feasibility analysis.

4. Experience in evaluating large-scale industrial projects, analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and understanding of Petrochemical processes, Petchem products characteristics and specifications.

6. Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD)

7. Location: Saudi Arabia( Rabigh).

8. Duration: 1 Year Extendable.
