Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment
Previous experience in managing inbound operation queues
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to train, motivate, and guide team members
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
Solid knowledge of SLA, ACR, AHT, and MS Office tools
Willingness to work in shift schedules
