Digital Marketing and Client Relations Specialist (Fluent in English, Arabic & French)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist and a hands-on executor with exceptional proficiency in English, Arabic, and French to engage with our diverse, multilingual client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies and create detailed marketing plans to drive growth.
• Content Creation: Design and create engaging social media posts, stories, and advertisements using design tools like Canva.
• Lead & Client Communication: Communicate effectively with incoming leads and existing clients in English, Arabic, and French, providing excellent customer service and converting leads into clients.
• Paid Advertising: Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all major social media platforms.
• Video Editing: Perform basic video editing to create compelling short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.(added advantage)
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in English, Arabic, and French.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing social media ad campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, specifically Canva.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Currently based in Dubai.
