The Operation Superintend is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily

operations of the unit to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role involves

managing staff, streamlining workflows, ensuring compliance with safety and quality

standards, and contributing to strategic planning and implementation. The manager plays a

crucial role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across all aspects

of the unit’s activities.
