Job Description
Lead requirements gathering workshops, translating business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
Design and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Project Management, Asset Management, Finance, Vendor Management, SCM), ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and reliability of implemented Dynamics 365 F&O.
Collaborate with developers to customize Dynamics 365 F&O, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams, including training and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to end-users.
Conduct system audits and identify areas for improvement, optimizing system efficiency and performance.
Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and new features, proactively recommending enhancements.
Participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Indian
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers)
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-are highly desirable.
Minimum 8 years of experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions.
Proven experience in at least two Dynamics 365 modules (Project Management, Asset Management, Finance, Vendor Management, SCM.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
