Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to ensure conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SAR 7,000 – 10,000 (depending on experience).

• Sales commission on every closed deal.

• Attractive sales incentives on achieving/exceeding targets.

• Other benefits as per Saudi labor law.

Diploma, Bachelor of Business Administration, Any Graduation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–8 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in, events, IT, trading, rental).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Transferable Iqama for expatriates is welcome.

• Valid Saudi Driver’s License preferred.

• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
