Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead and manage our B2B sales & Operations initiatives in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our corporate client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales management, excellent leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the Qatari market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a strategic B2B & B2C sales plan to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Identify and penetrate new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other relevant B2B partner.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling One Vasco’s full suite of services.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team and Ops team
Set individual and team sales targets and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate performance insights.
Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Qatari business landscape and established professional network is highly preferred.
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or visa services industry is a significant advantage.
Skills:
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Those with Arabic language skills preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
