Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent are highly desirable to demonstrate commitment to industry standards.
Proven track record of successfully managing high rise buildings, shopping malls, airports, theme parks from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure full compliance.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a knack for inspiring teams and driving performance under pressure.
