Job Description
Star Health Medical Center is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead our paid digital campaigns and organic content strategy across platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and more. The candidate should be passionate about performance marketing and social media trends, especially in the healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Management (Google, Meta & Snapchat)
Develop and manage pay-per-click campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Snapchat Ads
Plan location-based targeting and custom audience segmentation to drive high-quality leads
Optimize bidding strategies, ad placements, and creative performance
Monitor and improve KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
A/B test visuals, headlines, and CTAs for better conversion outcomes
Social Media Management
Plan and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat & more.
Lead the creative team to design platform-specific content including reels, stories, and short videos
Monitor trends, community feedback, and competitor activity to guide content direction
Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and manage the clinic’s social reputation
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Snapchat Ads Manager to track campaign performance
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Recommend optimizations based on performance and patient engagement
Campaign Coordination & Clinic Promotion
Promote specialty services like Dermatology, Dental, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health via social campaigns
Work with internal teams to support marketing for new doctor arrivals, events, seasonal promotions, and outreach programs
Maintain consistent brand messaging aligned with healthcare regulations and clinic guidelines

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in PPC and social media advertising (Healthcare industry preferred)
Proven track record with Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Solid understanding of the Saudi market, especially South Riyadh-based consumer behavior
Skilled in content planning and basic visual editing (Canva or Adobe Suite)
Bilingual preferred – Arabic and English
