Job Description
Act as the main point of contact with clients via email and other channels.
Receive and process client requests related to employee services (final exit, vacations, iqama renewal, timesheets, etc.).
Enter and track requests in the CRM system and coordinate with internal HR teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and labor laws.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system.
Prepare periodic reports on client requests and gather client feedback for improvements.

Diploma(Medical Instrumentation), Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts(English)
Male
Proficiency in CRM systems and email communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Attention to detail with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local labor laws and visa-related processes is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
