A successful British entrepreneur is seeking a Private Secretary & Lifestyle Representative to be based in Dubai with extensive international travel. While there will be some administrative tasks, the majority of this role focuses on representation, presence, and lifestyle support. The industry is real estate.

The right candidate will be confident, stylish, and socially adept – someone who can match the image of a global entrepreneur and thrive in luxury, travel-heavy environments such as Dubai, the Maldives, Europe, and beyond. They must be willing to travel, and be the part for business lunches or evening meals.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the employer with elegance and confidence in business, social, and lifestyle settings
Travel internationally to luxury destinations and high-profile events
Ensure all travel, social, and lifestyle arrangements are seamless
Provide executive support: diary management, correspondence, and logistics
Maintain impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the employer’s image
Anticipate needs and resolve issues with discretion and initiative
Manage sensitive matters with loyalty and confidentiality

Candidate Profile

Confidence, charisma, and outgoing personality are essential
Experience as a PA, EA, or in luxury environments is beneficial but not required if you have the right presence
Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages a plus
Highly polished personal presentation with an appreciation for luxury and style
Flexible and adventurous – must enjoy frequent travel and the high life
Loyal, discreet, and able to adapt quickly in diverse international environments
